В общем, сочуствую выигравшим, для них ДВ2012 это по меньшей мере 2 нервных потрясения.

О да! Как я и не пыталась себя настроить, что пока не пройду интервью, все это ничего не значит, все равно расстроилась жутко. Говорила себе что в последний раз в этот раз играю. И выиграла - будто судьба. И вот сейчас все повернулось с ног на голову

Конверты уже не рассылаются с DV2011. Последний год был DV2010.

I share your concerns about the importance of freedom of speech around the world, but while you were speaking on February 15th about freedom of speech, an American was quietly exercising his free speech by silently standing and turning his back on you. He was protesting U.S. wars and the militarism of U.S. foreign policy. He was beaten, bruised and left bleeding in jail for this constitutionally protected act.

Please put actions to your words by providing Ray McGovern, a 27 year veteran of the CIA who conducted daily security briefings of Presidents Reagan and H.W.Bush , with an apology. Also, please take action to have his charges dropped, as he should not be criminally prosecuted for exercising his freedom of speech.

In addition, please take the following actions to show you are serious about freedom of speech:

1. Contact Secretary of State Gates and ask that Pfc Bradley Manning be released from his pre-trial punishment – 8 months in solitary confinement – for allegedly providing the media with information about war crimes committed in Afghanistan and Iraq, as well as other crimes committed in U.S. foreign policy. Ask that the charges be dropped for this patriotic act which if true were an effort to improve U.S. foreign policy by making us live within the law and become a law-abiding nation.

2. Contact Attorney General Holder and ask that the investigation into Julian Assange and WikiLeaks be stopped. Assange, the editor in chief of WikiLeaks, is a journalist who has published many important documents in the last four years that have highlighted the abuse of nations and transnational corporations. The U.S. should not be stretching laws in order to punish a journalist exercising freedom of press and allowing Americans to know the truth of U.S. foreign policy.

As of now the words you spoke about the importance of freedom of speech are hypocritical. You can correct that by taking action to revive the protection of free speech in the United States. Please lead the world by your example and put real meaning to your words rather than remaining a hypocrite.

Инна, не переживайте так сильно... Скорее всего увеличат квоту в этом году и оставят выигрыш в силе!

Они уже заявили на сайте вполне однозначно, что не будут этого делать. Маловероятно, что они изменят это решение.

Интересно а где Могучая Тапка? Пропала после своего выигрыша и с концами... Она в курсе всего происходящего?

Ушла в запой от счастья - отмечает, что выиграла, а тут такое... Больше всех за неё переживаю и надеюсь ей выигрыш сохранят!
