    афигеть, нашел пре трип от Чикагина, если это то, о чем Лексеич говорил выше. у меня же все заархивировано, вот что значит организованный человек кстати еще там обнаружил сканы пре трипа со Свифта, правда разрешение мелковато, но понять можно. Лексеич, тот пре трип, нет? портянка ниже. у меня пометка стоит, что от Чикагина.

    BELT securely mounded, not cracked, worn frayed no more than ¾ inch slippage.

    GEAR DRIVEN WATER PUMP – securely mounted, not cracked, broken, or leaking belt is not frayed or visibly cracked; no signs of wear any more than ¾ in slippage.

    EXHAUST SYSTEM – securely mounted, not cracked, broken, or leaking. Check from front to top of stack in back.

    LEFT SIDE

    BELTS – securely mounted, not cracked, worn, frayed, no more than ¾ inch slippage.

    GEAR DRIVEN AIR COMPRESSOR – securely mounted, not cracked, broken or leaking.

    AIR LINES – securely mounted not cracked, worn frayed, not leaking.








    POWER STEERING RESERVORI – securely mounted, not cracked, broken, or leaking, fluid above add line on dipstick.

    POWER STEERING HOSES – securely mounted, not cracked, worn or frayed, not leaking.


    STEERING LINKAGE

    STEERING SHAFT – securely mounted, not cracked, broken, bent, no missing nuts or bolts, no unauthorized welds.

    STEERING GEAR BOX – securely mounted, not cracked, broken, or leaking, no missing nuts or bolts, no damage to power steering hoses.

    PITMAN ARM, DRAG LINK, UPPER AND LOWER KNUCKLE AND TIE ROD – securely mounted not cracked, worn, bent, no missing nuts or bolts.


    FRAME

    FRAME – securely mounted, not cracked, broken, bent, no missing cross members, no unauthorized welds.


    SUSPENSION

    FRONT AND REAR SPRING HANGERS – securely mounted, not cracked or broken, no broke, missing or loose bolts, (no missing axle mounting parts, no damaged bushings).

    WHEELS

    OUTER HUB SEAL – securely mounted, not cracked, broken, not leaking, filled to proper operating level take plug out and check with finger.

    DOORS AND MIRRORS

    DRIVER SIDE MIRROR AND BRACKET - securely mounted, not cracked or broken, properly adjusted and clean.

    DRIVER SIDE DOOR – hinges securely mounted, not damaged, inner and outer latches work properly, door opens and closes.

    EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT – fire extinguisher securely mounted, 10 B.C. properly charged + in the green, 3 red reflective triangles, check for fuses or circuit breakers for my tractor.

    HANDRAILS – securely mounted not cracked or broken. Steps can hold weight of driver.
    FULE TANKS

    FULE TANKS – securely mounted caps on tight not leaking no damage.

    BATTERY BOX – securely mounted, not cracked or broken, Cables secure, no corrosion.








    BEHIND CAB

    STAPS + HANDRAILS – securely mounted not cracked or broken.

    AIRLINES – secure, not cracked, leaking, chafed, worn, crimped or pinched.

    ELECTRIC LINES – secure not spliced, cut, cracked, chafed or worn. Trailer air connections sealed, electric plug seated, locked in place, in good condition, glad hands locked in place. (Check lines from tractor to trailer).

    CATWALK – securely mounted, clear from debris.

    DRIVER SHAFT – no cracked, bent, shaft coupling appear to be secure.


    SUSPENSION

    SPRING HANGERS – not cracked or broken, no missing or loose bolts, no missing axle mounting parts, and no damaged bushings.
    SPRING AND TORSION BAR – not cracked, broken or missing.

    SHOCK ABSORBER – securely mounted, not cracked, broken, or leaking.


    BRAKES

    BRAKE HOSES – securely mounted, not cracked, worn, frayed, and not leaking.

    BRAKE CHAMBER – securely mounted, not cracked, broken, dented, and not leaking.

    SLACK ADJUSTER – securely mounted, not cracked, broken, with brakes released no more than 1 in pull at a 90-degree angle.

    BRAKE DRUM – no cracks, dents or holes. No loose or missing bolts.

    BRAKE SHOES – not cracked, broken, no less than ¼ inch pad.









    WHEELS

    INNER SPACE – checks in between the tires for debris.

    LUG NUTS – securely mounted not cracked, broken, none missing, no rust.

    OTHER HUB SEAL – securely mounted, not cracked, broken, not leaking.


    SECOND AXLE

    CHECK THE SECOND AXLE – the same as the first, name and touch the parts.


    REAR OF TRACTOR

    LIGHTS AND REFLECTORS – securely mounted, not cracked, broken, not missing, clean, proper color red on rear, amber everywhere else.
    FUNCTIONS – 4 way turn signals, running lights, brake lights.

    SPALSH GUARDS – securely mounted, no missing nuts or bolts, no more than 6 inches off the ground.













    FIFTH WHEEL

    Check 5th wheel is not so far forward that it hits landing gear. No loose or missing pins in sliding 5th wheel and no air leaks.

    FIFTH WHEEL PLATE – securely mounted not cracked, broken, no light between plate and trailer apron.

    MOUNTING BOLTS – securely mounted, no missing nuts or bolts.

    PLATFROM – securely mounted, not cracked, broken, no missing nuts or bolts.

    SAFTY LATCH – make sure it’s in the locked position with cotter key.

    RELEASE ARM – make sure its in the locked position.


    SLIDING FIFTH WHEEL

    LOCKING PIN – in the locked position, if air powered, no leaks.

    FRONT OF TRAILER

    HEADER BOARD – no cracks, holes, no rivets missing. Did you check your air and electric lines?

    LIGHTS AND REFLECTORS – securely mounted, not cracked, broken, no missing, amber in color. (Red on bottom.)

    SIDE OF TRAILER

    LIGHTS, REFLECTORS – securely mounted, not cracked, broken, or missing. (Amber on top, Red on bottom.)

    FRAME – not cracked, broken, damaged, no broken welds.

    CROSS MEMBERS – securely mounted, no broken welds.

    LANDING GEAR – fully raised, no missing parts, will support frame, not bent or damaged.
    CRANKHANDLE – present and secure has 2 gears (low and high) that work + a cradle to rest in.

    AIR HOSES - secure mounted, not cracked, worn, frayed, not leaking, no less than 18 inches from the ground.
    TRAILER AXLES

    SUSPENSION

    SPRING HANGERS – not cracked or broken, no missing or loose bolts, no missing axle mounting parts, and no damaged bushings.

    SPRING – securely mounted, no cracked, no broken, shifted or missing leaf springs.


    BRAKES

    BRAKE HOSES – securely mounted, not cracked, worn, frayed, and not leaking.

    BRAKE CHAMBER – securely mounted, not cracked, broken, dented, and not leaking.

    OTHER HUB SEAL – securely mounted, not cracked, broken, not leaking, filled to proper operating level. If it has a plug you must say you have to Stick your Finger in and check level.


    SECOND AXLE

    Check the second axle the same as the first and name and touch the parts.


    BACK OF TRAILER

    LIGHT AND REFLECTORS – securely mounted, not cracked, broken, not missing, red on rear amber everywhere else.

    DOORS – not bent or broken, hinges and latches secure and fully closed, no loose ties hanging form the trailer. Cargo secure. Splashguards securely mounted no more than 6 inches off the ground.

    DOOR TIES – must be securely mounted, not cracked, broken, or missing.

    AS YOU WALK AROUND THE SIDE OF THE TRAILER STATE THAT YOU WOULD “INSPECT THE SIDE OF YOUR COMBINATION VEHICLE JUST LIKE THE OTHER SIDE EXCEPT FOR:”

    PASSENGER SIDE TRAILER – only if there is one.

    SPARE TIRE RACK – securely mounted, not cracked, broken, or missing nuts or bolts, safety chain in place.

    AT THIS TIME, SET THE HOOD DOWN AND ASK THE EXAMINER TO HELP YOU CHECK YOUR LIGHTS. 4-WAYS BLINKERS AND BRAKE LIGHTS.

















    IN CAB INSPECTION

    Start truck to begin building air pressure.

    Safety Belt – securely mounted, no cuts, not frayed, adjusts, and latches properly.
    Tug Test – Parking brake check: Place the vehicle in gear, push in the red brake valve, let the clutch out far enough to feel the transmission engage and the brake to hold.
    Repeat the steps as you did only now use the yellow brake valve. Then pull trolley brake, release both valves put in gear and tug as above.

    MUST BE ONE IN OREDER. ANY STEPS MISSED IS AN AUTOMATIC FAILURE

    4-STEP BRAKE TEST

    Step 1 – Place in 1st gear and turn the engine off, push in both brake valves to release the brakes, allow air pressure to stabilize, next firmly apply the foot brake and hold to make sure there is no more than 4-psi drop in air pressure for a combination vehicle in 60 seconds and 3 psi in straight truck in 60 seconds.

    Step 2 – With the key in the on position “fan” or pump down” de brakes to see when the low air warning light comes on (no less than 60 psi).

    Step 3 – Turn the key off, fan the brakes again until the air pressure drops far enough for the air valves to pop out between 20 and 40 psi.

    Step 4 – Start your truck to build air pressure. After it has started and oil pressure has started to build, say “the noise you are hearing is the low air pressure warning buzzer, both the buzzer and the light will cancel out no less than 60 psi.”

    While pressure is building you can now finish in-cab inspection.
    Oil Gauge – (make sure it comes up to normal operation range)
    Amp meter and or Voltmeter gauge – (make sure it is charging; between 12 and 14 volts).
    Air horn/City horn – (check that air horn and/or electric horns are working).
    Passenger window & mirror – (properly working and adjusted, and clean).
    Windshield – (should be clean/no illegal stickers/no cracks or obstructions to the glass).
    Lighting indicators L,R. 4 ways, high beam, (test that dash indicators are working when corresponding lights are on).
    Temperature gauge – (make sure it is in a safe operating range).
    Heater/Defroster – (test that the heater and defroster are working).
    Steering Wheel–(no more than 2 inches or 10% play on a 20 inch wheel also not broken).
    Clutch Free Play – (no more than 2 inches).
    Shifter Free Play – (not in a bind).

    Внятно то внятно, если бы еще понятно было. Хотелось бы субтитров к этому дядечке хоть, со словарем можно было перевести бы.

    Да именно так и говоришь, то-то и то-то, проверяем подтёки масла, жидкостей, натяжение ремней, крепления ну и прочее, на английском правда.

    т.е. оно получается на экзамене так, говоришь инспектору, мол, вот я собираюсь проверить не течет ли масло, собираюсь проверить фары, под капотом проверим и тд. ну тут по хэндбуку тогда все и идет. тогда вопросов нет

    Учить надо сейчас, хоть пусть ты 10 лет будешь играть, учи, повторяй, язык надо муштровать и денег копить. Я пока на языке говорить не могу, поэтому просто вообше не представляю, как без языка.... читаю я вроде неплохо, по крайней мере легко уже читается, но пока слова в общую картину не складываются, хотя слова некоорые знакомые. Леха, а претрип из хэндбука идет в зачет? Подкинул бы ссылку на рукописи Чикагина, где искать хотя бы скажи, в какой теме? Свой трак исшарил насквозь, там не видал.

    Я не хочу подвигов морозова у каждого свой путь которым и будем двигаться,а учить сейчас не зная поподёш ты туда или нет не вижу смысла,вот когда буду знать что получу гринку тогда можно.

    Согласен, но, если ты будешь готовится и иногда повторять/закреплять изученное, то когда приедешь, повторишь подвиг Морозова, а может и быстрее него сдашь на всё!

    Смотри, где-то тут в темах проскакивали экзаменационные билеты на права, как легковые так и грузовики. Тоесть, ты уже сейчас можешь начать готовится. Далее претрип, на ютьюбе этого добра навалом, посмотри, запомни, кстати опять тут в темах Чикагин выкладывал претрип на листочках, что и как надо проверять, показывать и говорить, вот его надо выучить наизусть. И остаётся дело за малым, найти человека с траком который поможет, не бесплатно естественно, пройти вождение. Так что начинай уже здесь, теория и претрип, приедешь, останется совсем немного.

    Ну что бы здавать самому должны быть возможности,знакомый у которого есть truck,я так понимаю,а если ты приехал и не знаешь что делать вот тогда беда,поэтому и сидим связи с вами налаживаем.Может поможете или подскажите в трудную минуту.
