Если я правильно понимаю, существует 5 иммиграционных виз в США (некоторые включают подкатегории) EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-4, EB-5.

Проясните один момент... Все ли эти визы / программы доступны для Русских / России?

Хотя, на этом форуме я прочёл тему "EB2, гринкарта за 1 год и 4 месяца" в которой человек поведал о опыте получения грин кард с помощью EB-2... Вот я и задумался, есть ли ограничения конкретно для русских по всем иммиграционным визам или нет...для тех же религиозных деятелей, инвесторов и т.д...?

По EB-2 идут люди, которые имеют образование не ниже Master. EB-3 для Bachelor. И тут не важно русский ты из из Папуа Новой Гвинеи. Эти визы есть промежуток между рабочей визой и Зеленой картой.

Повторю еще раз - выясните для себя, что такое ЕВ-2 (категория получения Грин Кард через работодателя для людей имеющих степень мастера и выше), и иммиграционная виза Е-2 (неиммиграционная виза для инвесторов из стран, с которыми у США заключено соответствующее соглашение). Люди часто путаются, так как категории ЕВ-1/2/3/4 это классификация для иммиграции через работодателя (то есть работодатель подает на Грин Кард на сотрудника, и в зависимости от образования документы классифицируются в соответствующую категорию). И есть иммиграционная виза ЕВ-5, которая не имеет никакого отношения к предыдущим четырем "ЕВ-циферкам". Это категория для инвесторов, вкладывающих от полумиллиона до миллиона долларов в экономику США.

Соответственно, как я сказал выше, есть визы (временные неиммиграционные) для стран из списка, с которыми заключено соответствующее соглашение (визы Е-1 и Е-2). Есть еще виза Е-3 только для австралийцев, которая не имеет ничего общего с категорией ЕВ-3.

В общем, учите матчасть.

1. не исключена возможность, это значит что виза неэмиграционная, но предусматривает возможность эмиграции, как правило через трудоустройство.
2. покопайтесь тут и по ссылочкам, чтобы понимать:
USCIS - Employment-Based Immigration: Second Preference EB-2
3. "в которой человек поведал о опыте получения грин кард с помощью EB-2" напишите человеку в личку. но если пороетесь в первоисточниках сами найдёте все ответы, дело в том что многие утверждающие или "деликатно" умалчивают о личных особенностях эмиграции или просто забывают сказать, в любом случае кейс кейсу рознь хотиет ответы для себя? тогда первоисточники хотя бы потому что только вы знаете ответы на все наводящие вопросы касательно вашей персоны.

На самом деле категорий значительно больше. Вам, в принципе, частично объяснили, какие визы годятся для России.

EB-1 Employment based immigrant visa
The EB-1 visa is an immigrant visa which allows foreign nationals with in certain groups and who are the top in their field obtain permanent residency in the U.S. Your achievements must:
· Have been demonstrated by sustained national or international acclaim;
· Be recognized in the field through extensive documentation.
The various categories under the EB-1 Employment based immigrant visa are:
· EB-1(A): This category is for foreign nationals possessing ‘extraordinary ability’ in the sciences, arts, education, business or athletics;

Категория 2. Простые способы иммиграции:

Виза невесты / жениха – K1,2
Виза Жены – K3

Категория 3. Самые распространённые способы иммиграции, ведущие к категориям EB 1,2,3,4,5. Обычные визы (выдаётся временная виза, а уже потом, можно начать процесс получения грин кард):

Я психолог по образованию. Работаю в сфере глубокого туризма и ещё консалтинга. Но это не важно Мне в России нравится Я собираю информацию не с целью лично иммигрировать, а для будущих клиентов. Для некоторых из них, вопрос иммиграции в США будет актуален. Вот, начал изучать это вопрос, создавать фундамент для понимания всего процесса. Так что изначально, танцевать мы правильно начали Просто нужна достоверная информация от опытных людей. Да, я читаю сайты, но на большинстве из них информация урезанная или попросту старая.
