Развод это. Подобное письмо пришло многим, даже тем кто выиграл лотерею. Удалите просто как спам.

Я знаю есть Нижегородская Ярмарка. Может туда всех посылать?

справедливо, моя вина-перепутал, ноэто не связано со спамом, вообщето когда просят деньги это называется мошшенничество, так что не путайте мошенничество со спамом, в принципе ФБР, но и торговая палата принимеает. в данном случае имеется ввиду не спам, а скам:
