Переводы DV2007 для Варшавы

Во втором пакете DV2007 нет ни слова о требованиях к переводу(в отличии от 2ого пакета DV2004).

Означает ли это что переводы можно делать самому без печати переводчика?

USCIS no longer routinely requires submission of original documents or "certified copies." Instead, ordinary legible photocopies of such documents (including naturalization certificates and alien registration cards) will be acceptable for initial filing and approval of petitions and applications.



At the discretion of the officer, original documents may still be required in individual cases. Please be advised that USCIS no longer returns original documents submitted with the exception of Certificates of Naturalization, Forms I-551, Permanent Resident Card, Forms I-94, Arrival/Departure Document, valid passports, or those specifically requested by the officer. Только меня по-прежнему смущает отсутствие требований в этом году к переводам во втором пакете, хотя в DV2004 было то, о чем ты написала:

Translations:

All documents not in English, or in the official language of the country in which application for visa is being made, must be accompanied by certified English translations.

The translation must include a statement signed by the translator that sattes that the:

Translationis accurate, and

translator is competent to translate."



Обычный человек который выиграл и имеет на руках лишь 1ый и 2ой пакет, не может догадаться что кроме самого перевода, еще нужны данные о переводчике.

Переводы всех наших документов заверила моя подруга - учитель английского языка. О ее образовании в заверении ничего не писалось, только Фамилия, Имя, Отчество и адрес, телефон. Все прошло, вопросов не было. Удачи!!!

в Варшаве нет проблем с переводами - если нет проблем с человеком, т.е. не стОит переводить доки в фирме и тем более заверять переводы у нотариуса, мне переводила проф. переводчица - в конце страницы указала фамилию и свой телефон и никаких печатей и т.п. , если кому надо мыло выложу этой тёти...

У нас тоже не было. Просто переводы сделал переводчик, и поставил свой штампик и подпись.
