Помогите а как должна быть Тема. Я выиграл DV 2007 и отправил. Я хочу подать запрос в kccdv@state.gov чтоб узнать о моем статусе но не знаю как подать и как назвать тему письма.

Впрочем, если вьі напишете даже пустой е-мейл в КСС, получите автоответ, в котором будут строки:

То есть в Теме - Case Number, в теле письма -- имя, <u>адрес</u> (чего раньше не нужно бьіло) и дату рождения.

<u>Тема:</u> Case Number (то есть можно без указания номера в теме, так ка его вьі укажете в теле)
