Там написано, что инструкции в скором времени будут опубликованы. Так что ждите. К концу месяца должны появиться...

Учусь на PhD (ещё год остался), есть MSc так мне куда:

и ещё ... А унивеверситет законченный в России к чему приравнивается ?

У нас были похожие предположения по поводу образования в новых правилах, я их высказывал чуть раньше

В связи с событиями произошедшими за год, возможно ожидать и это.

Насколько известно, правила в Штатах меняют частенько.



Лучше бы, было разрешить принимать участие в DV тем, кто учится в университете на последнем курсе или закончил его.

От этого было бы всем выгодно, и Америки и специалистам. Америка получала бы образованных людей, тем самым программа "рабочего гостя" работала бы через DV.

Однако , может кто подскажет, что мне поставить. Учился я в очной аспирантуре, время аспирантуры закончилось, а я диссер так и не защитил. В настоящее время не являюсь соискателем степени, просто препод по совместительству.

Что мне ставить в 12 вопросе 6, 7, 8 или 9??????

Вряд ли это то, что вы подумали. Скорее всего сама инструкция final. Может быть у них были еще версии и эта окончательная.

закончил университет, получил диплом бакалавра. Что писать в графе об образовании? University degree или же Master degree или вообще что-то другое?
