Need Advice! What job can you advice for my mother?

Can someone help me with advice?
My mother is 55 years old. I am doing documents for her that she could emigrate here permanently soon.
Could you advice what kind of job she can do here in order to earn good living? for example 15-20 $ per hour.
She is ready to try any new profession, but she just need to know in what field she should work when she arrives here.
In Russia she was working as an accountant.
If may be someone know, would it be benefitial for her to go and finish some training or courses in Russia which could help her find a nice job here? Or, it would be better if she arrives here first, and then will go and find some training program in order to find a job? She is open to any new speciality or job.
