His work has been a significant factor in our company's continued success in the gaz & oil pipeline inspection industry.
Ivan was an asset to our organization during his tenure with us. Over time Ivan became more and more skilled in the signal and image processing, learning from practical experience but also from independent study. He is very well motivated to research, has many original ideas of his own and takes the necessary initiatives. Through his work he has shown that he is profoundly creative, dedicated, persistent and responsible.
Ivan is rightly seeking a new challenge. It is only right that he is allowed to develop his talent to the extent of its limits. This is a reason, why he needs new applications of his potential and unique experience in the signal processing and pattern recognition. I understand and support his desire to expand his scientific and engineering interests in the area of artificial intelligence.
