Does GAIN- program pay now for training course?

Hi,everybody! Who knows does GAIN- program pay now for training course. There is difficult situation: some courses, named as "colleges" and "institute" continue give an advertisment they used GAIN-money, but GAIN-worker blocks such support, like an idea. We don't understand <u>to whom we can believe</u>. What to do? We don't have a job and we need such curses for the begining of carier. Thank you.
