Я сталкивался. 2 раза.
Заболевание протекало ужасно.
Дикое обезвоживание и невозможность ничего ни есть ни пить - все выходит обратно через оба отверстия. Иногда одновременно.
Понос каждые 10-15 минут.
Лечил ничем, просто ждал, когда эта пытка кончится. Ну, иногда попивал что-то вроде вишневой эмульсии от болей в животе. Не помню, как называется. -

ага..оно бывает по разному протекает, у кого более выраженно у кого-менее... моя детвора, прихватила, по очереди. у дочи еще и температура под 40 к другим "желудочным" эффектам.Originally posted by Паровоз Ильича View PostComment

аппетит при этом, пониженный- ведь тошнота и боли в животе, как бы и не до еды вовсе, а порою и не до питья.хотя пить, как раз желательно. местные врачи говорят, что в среднем заболевание протекает за 1-3 дня(самые неприятные симптомы).Originally posted by Паровоз ИльичаComment

Бедненькие, вот не повезло... нам обычно от всех желудочных проблем помогает пептобисмoл - розовые таблетки такие, или жидкость...

нам доктор посоветовал педиалайт есть почти в каждых магазинах, лучше брать без вкусов (они любят всякой лишней ароматической химии напичкать) если не нравиться то витаминную воду, я так понимаю это лечится как обычный грипп если лечить то за 7 дней, а если не лечить то за неделюOriginally posted by Magnolija View PostБедненькие, вот не повезло... нам обычно от всех желудочных проблем помогает пептобисмoл - розовые таблетки такие, или жидкость...

но облегчить симптомы все-таки можно попробовать немножко...

на самом деле это только название такое, "желудочный грипп" и к гриппу никакого отношения не имеет. и симптомы другие (хотя иногда при обычном гриппе тоже может болеть живот), и возбудители другие.Originally posted by 33mikolai View PostComment

Gastroenteritis (viral gastroenteritis, stomach flu) is an infection caused by a variety of viruses that results in vomiting and/or diarrhea. Even though it is often called the "stomach flu," it is not caused by the influenza viruses.
Viruses that can cause gastroenteritis (stomach flu) include: rotaviruses, adenoviruses type 40 or 41, caliciviruses, astroviruses, Norwalk virus, sapoviruses, and a group of Noroviruses. Viral gastroenteritis is not caused by bacteria (such as Salmonella or Escherichia coli) or parasites (such as Giardia), or by medications or other medical conditions, although the symptoms may be similar...
Viral gastroenteritis affects people in all parts of the world. Each virus has its own seasonal activity. For example, in the United States, rotavirus and astrovirus infections occur during the cooler months of the year (October to April), whereas adenovirus infections occur throughout the year. Norovirus outbreaks can occur in institutional settings, such as schools, child care facilities, and nursing homes, and can occur in other group settings, such as banquet halls, cruise ships, dormitories, and campgrounds. Although gastroenteritis occurs as outbreaks among groups that have a common source, for example, on cruise ships, it also may occur sporadically in individuals.Comment

Gastroenteritis means inflammation of the stomach and small and large intestines. The main symptoms of gastroenteritis include vomiting and watery diarrhea, or the other symptom may predominate. The affected person may also have headache, fever, and abdominal cramps ("stomach ache"). In general, the symptoms begin 1 to 2 days following infection with a virus that causes gastroenteritis and may last for 1 to 10 days, depending on which virus causes the illness; however, most episodes last from 1-3 days.
Generally, viral gastroenteritis is diagnosed by a physician on the basis of the symptoms and medical examination of the patient. Rotavirus infection can be diagnosed by laboratory testing of a stool specimen. Tests to detect other viruses that cause gastroenteritis are not in routine use, but the viral gastroenteritis unit at CDC can assist with special analysis upon request.
For most people, it is not serious illness. People who get viral gastroenteritis almost always recover completely without any long-term problems.
Gastroenteritis is a serious illness, however, for persons who are unable to drink enough fluids to replace what they lose through vomiting or diarrhea.
Infants, young children, and persons who are unable to care for themselves, such as the disabled or elderly, are at risk for dehydration from loss of fluids.
Immune compromised persons are at risk for dehydration because they may get a more serious illness, with greater vomiting or diarrhea. They may need to be hospitalized for treatment to correct or prevent dehydration.Comment

viral gastroenteritis is contagious. Outbreaks (in which many people are affected) occur primarily from eating or drinking contaminated foods or beverages. The viruses that cause gastroenteritis also are spread through close contact with infected persons through contamination with stool or vomitus.
Food may be contaminated by food preparers or handlers who have viral gastroenteritis, especially if they do not wash their hands regularly after using the bathroom. Shellfish may be contaminated by sewage, and persons who eat raw or undercooked shellfish harvested from contaminated waters may get diarrhea. Drinking water can also be contaminated by sewage and be a source of spread of these viruses.
Anyone can get it. Viral gastroenteritis occurs in people of all ages and backgrounds. However, some viruses tend to cause diarrheal disease primarily among people in specific age groups. Rotavirus infection is the most common cause of diarrhea in infants and young children under 5 years old. Adenoviruses and astroviruses cause diarrhea mostly in young children, but older children and adults can also be affected. Norwalk and Noroviruses are more likely to cause diarrhea in older children and adults.
Persons can reduce their chance of getting infected by frequent handwashing, prompt disinfection of contaminated surfaces with household chlorine bleach-based cleaners, and prompt washing of soiled articles of clothing. If food or water is thought to be contaminated, it should be avoided. Immunity to noroviruses is short-term, lasting only a few months, so it is possible to be reinfected. To complicate matters more, however, some individuals presumably immune because of high levels of antibodies to the norovirus may still be susceptible to infection. Since there are many strains of noroviruses and immunity is specific for each strain, it is possible to have an episode of gastroenteritis immediately after another if the infecting strains are different; however, this probably occurs infrequently. Overall, the status of immunity to the viruses causing gastroenteritis--particularly as it relates to susceptibility to infection--is incomplete.Comment
