Помогите советом,



Ми приехали в Maryland в Августе по GC. Пока не устроились на работу подали заявление на бестплатное мед. страхование детеи. Вчера получили отказ (denied inssurance.jpg). Сегодня пытались разобраться в Health Department, и наш Case Manager ответила что на бесплатное страхование детеи могут претендовать только граждани USA, и чтоб мы обратилиси через 5 лет!!!

Помогите найти ссылку на закон подтверждающий право иммигрантов по DV на бесплатное страхование детеи.
