Далее, следуюя инструкциям, можно писать по тому же адресу и в поле subject писать различные управляющие команды, в ответ на которые автоответчик KCC будет присылать разнообразные ответы, попробуйте!

e-mail. Thank you for your interest in the Diversity Lottery program.
The application submission period will be from Saturday, November 1, 2003
until Tuesday, December 30, 2003 for the DV-2005 program. Winners are notified
directly by mail. We are unable to provide a list of winners. Millions of entries are received every year, but only a relatively small number are
chosen. Inquiries may be directed to this email address or you can call
606-526-7500. We can provide general information about the program. We can
also answer questions about specific cases. So that we can respond to
your inquiry most efficiently, please re-send your message and type one of the
following phrases in the subject line.
To request Instructions for the DV 2005 program:
On the subject line type the following:
* DV Instructions 2005 English
* DV Instructions 2005 Spanish
* DV Instructions 2005 Polish
* DV Instructions 2005 French
* DV Instructions 2005 Ukrainian
Note: DV 2005 instructions are only available in these languages at this
time.
To inquire about your case:
On the subject line type the phrase: Case Number
In the message text, include complete case number (shown on your
Notification Letter) and your complete Name and Date of Birth.
To request KCC to re-send the Packet of Information that
contains the forms you need to fill out and return to KCC:
On the subject line type: Packet 3
In the message text, include your complete Case Number, Name, and Address.
(Note: Your will note receive the Notification Letter. See below.)
To request Instructions on Adjustment of Status procedures:
On the subject line type: Adjustment
Note: For a replacement copy of your Notification Letter: You must submit
that request in writing and mail it to:

* Include your case number
* Provide a recent picture of yourself
* Full Name and Address
* Be sure to sign the request
