Сама нахожусь в Штатах на Н4 визе, поэтому и решила обратиться к "друзьям по несчастью".
Сейчас работаю (бесплатно, естественно) в арт студии в Нью-Йорке. Мы ищем сотрудников, и, надеюсь, это может заинтересовать участников форума.
Это не единственная вакансия в студии, выложу еще описания, как только они будут готовы. Если вас заинтересует эта вакансия или работа в арт студии как таковая, пожалуйста, не стесняйтесь и пишите мне в личку. Я с удовольствием отвечу на любые вопросы.
Описание работы и требований выкладываю на английском, если вы можете понять, что там написано - уровень языка подойдет =)
Photoshop Design Assistant Opportunity
We are seeking for the person willing to work in downtown Manhattan in the TriBeCa studio of an internationally exhibited conceptual artist and photographer. The ideal candidate is organized, responsible, positive and enthusiastic. A background in photography is required. The position starts immediately as an initial three-month commitment with the possibility of lasting longer. This is a volunteer position.
Responsibilities
-Scanning film. Utmost care must be taken when handling transparencies
-Retouching and color correcting scanned images in photoshop to the highest quality possible
-Printing photos. This includes smaller photographs printed in house as well as aiding and assisting in the printing of photos at a lab
-Organizing digital files
Qualifications
-Must be expert in Photoshop and Adobe Creative suite is a plus.
-Must be Mac literate.
-Must be experienced and confident in:
-Printing digital files
-Must be extremely careful and have a good eye for detail as attention to detail is critical

- Reading exposures and safe handling practices for transparencies and photographic prints
- Digital scanning of transparencies and retouching including color correcting images
-Printing digital files
- Printing small format color prints on a digital printer
- Maintain small format in-studio printer
- Handling large format lab prints
- Labeling and cataloging transparencies and prints
- Communicating precisely and accurately with mounting and framing professionals
-Must be extremely careful and have a good eye for detail as attention to detail is critical
