    А у меня такой вопрос... State Workers в IT, являются членами профсоюза? Вообще у ИТ-шников есть профсоюз?

    Description: As a trainee in the Data Management Unit for the New Jersey Legislature, learns to develop and maintain computer applications, databases, documentation and user interfaces; translates user requirements to technical specifications; works on projects involving planning, design programming, testing, implementation and documentation. Evening and weekend work is sometimes required.

    Requirements

    Education: Graduation from and accredited college or university with an Associate’s degree in Computer Science or Computer /Information Technology.

    Experience: Must have excellent programming and creative problem-solving skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Preferred skills include: MS.NET, VB, C#, ASP, MS-SQL, Crystal Reports, Microsoft Office Suite, XML, WordPress, and PatternStream.

    Residency Law: Pursuant to the “New Jersey First Act” (P.L. 2011, c.70), new public employees must establish and maintain principal residence in New Jersey within one year of employment.

    Applicants should submit a cover letter, resume, college transcript (an unofficial copy will suffice initially) and completed supplemental form (available on the New Jersey Legislature’s website at www.njleg.state.nj.us/SupplementalSPA.pdf) to the following address no later than May 13, 2014:

    Salary Range: $70,000.00 – $89,056.94 per year

    Description: As a member of the Data Management Unit for the New Jersey Legislature, develops and maintains computer applications, databases, documentation, and user interfaces; translates user requirements into technical specifications; manages projects including planning, design, programming, testing, implementation, and documentation; evening and weekend work is sometimes required.

    Requirements

    Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate’s degree in Computer Science or Computer/Information Technology.

    Substitution: Additional education (ex., Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer/Information Technology) may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.

    Experience: A minimum of six years of progressively responsible relevant experience involving the analyzing, design, programming, and testing of complex applications and databases, preferably in a document processing environment. Preferred skills include: MS.NET, VB, C#, ASP, MS-SQL, Crystal Reports, Microsoft Office Suite, XML, WordPress, and PatternStream. Must have a thorough knowledge of hardware platforms, software applications, networking, web application development, and user support with excellent programming and creative problem-solving skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Работа в правительстве Штата.

    Нам на работу требуется два програмиста.
    Один на entry посицию, другой на senior.
    На сениор надо крепко знать VB, SQL, SQLSERVER, АSP, HTML,XML, Java Script.
    Oбязательно знать .NET.
    Ну и Майкрософт Офисе.
    Если примут, то втечение 3х месяцев необходимо переехат в штат Нью Джерси.
