- 5-7 years of experience in hard-core Java development
- 5-7 years of experience with Java (J2EE, Struts, tag library, Servlets, JSP)
- Experience with XML
- Experience with Web-based applications/li>
- Experience with ApacheAnt
- Experience with SQL and Oracle
- 2+ years of Experience with Spring framework
- Experience with Hibernate
- Experience with AJAX
- Unix/Linux experience
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Product development methodologies
- Experience using software development best practices
- Experience using open source technologies
