You can answer in Russian, it's even better, I do not want "izvrashatsya" without translit and type in English letters but Russian words, I hope most of you can get me (also right now I have to type on the office computer, where there is no Russian keyboard installed).
Can you please let me know what is the minimum age for an applicant to be eligible for any type of the US student visa? The issue is that I'm a permanent resident (GC holder) for a year so far, came from Canada, and wish my 4year old nephew from Uzbekistan to study in the local elementary school (whether private or public, no matter, preK is okay too) or at least to study ESL. I can provide full financial support for him. Your soon response is greatly appreciated!!
