We are 2 students (Russia & Turkmenistan), plan to rent a large Studio for 3 people in San Fran. Location - Civic / Van Ness / Golden gate ave. Looking for 3rd roommate, male or female doesn't matter, we have preliminary budget 900-1000 USD for unfurnished studio (already including utilities and electr.), so 330 USD/per person, but may be less.
