Estimate cost covered parking in the apartment building

Most renters pay for gas, electricity, and basic telephone services in addition to rent. A few renters do not pay any utility bill, like water, sewer,garbage, <u>covered parking space ( indoor, in the bacement)</u> and another services, like pool, for example, because the landlord includes the cost in the rent. The estimated utility bill for those who rent an entire dwelling unit and pay for utilities in addition to rent is estimated by the utility companies make these estimates based upon a basic two-bedroom apartment. But how to estimate covered parking space cost ? Help! I have overpaid and I don't know how return money.

Hi, guys! That is emergency, sorry !!! I have hoped for your competence. You are professional. I spent too much time in I-net, but couldn't find anything. Situation is: I have paid for other tenant all year and I need to know that cost. It is included in full rent, but which gross? This is my question !!! Help!!!

Мне кажется, что все эти выплаты, особенности Вашего владельца комплекса. Как бы эстимейт трудно дать, т.к. я лично живу в др. штате и рассценки у нас будут другие. За бассейн мы ничего не платим, за воду.... тут берется оплата хитрым способом и естественно мы платим за себя и др. дядю. У нас крытая плошадка для машины стоит 40 в месяц, а в др. апартментах бесплатно. ПОэтому что-либо советовать трудно. Все зависит от вашего контракта.

It's OK ! I'll understand. Give me different advices from everyday life, from different states. No problem. I look for way to decide my problem and I'll decide it. Help !!! My situation: cost I try to find is included in full rent... and mamager is stupid, of course.

OK, this is my "contract": Features: 2-bedroom apartment in very old apartment building with with private, secure, allocated and covered parking ( indoor, in the bacement , but without elevator) , and service like hot and could water, sewer, garbage, pool; with 1 1/2 baths, &amp; upgraded carpet, without any integrated appliances ( microwaves over ranges, dishwashers,...), washer &amp; dryer is one for all tenants,..

Question: How much does this parking space cost, when monthly rent is $1300.
