Gabby Reece's online fitness program "My Train 360" is now FREE, she is no longer charging membership fees. You do have to register (no credit card).
I like some of the workout programs that she & her trainer put together, the exercise demo videos are well done. You can easily download the demo videos as MP4s and put them on your iPod or SmartPhone.
The interface is a little cluttered, the easiest way to view some of the workout routines is to click on a date on the calendar and it will show the workout routine recommended for that day.
