я может и не знаток особый, но по себе знаю, что мышцы болят ТОЛЬКО если в тренировках был перерыв, скажем, неделю. Или больше. А если регулярно нагружать тело, то ничего не болит! По крайней мере у меня так .

Garmin also offers "Training Center" software with the Edge to log all your data and see trends. Garmin owns motionbased.
I like it a lot! It's great for most of my riding. I like it also because I can find other peoples' rides, download them in my Edge and follow them, compare them on google earth, go exploring and later figure out where I was.
