Document Was Returned To USCIS
On July 13, 2016, the Post Office returned your document to us. We will hold your document for 180 days or until January 9, 2017. Please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we resend the document to you. If you do not submit an online request by January 9, 2017, we will destroy your document and you will need to file a new Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, with fee. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
Пожалуйста подскажите как быть, и что это означает, одновременно мужу пришло письмо :
NVC Case Number: ннннннннннн
The National Visa Center (NVC) received the immigrant visa petition filed by ИВАНОВ on behalf of ИВАНОВА from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. However, your case is not currently eligible for further processing because there is an annual limit on the number of immigrant visas that the Department of State can issue. For some visa categories, the wait could be many years.
This petition will be eligible for further processing when your priority date is earlier than the cut-off date for your visa category. To learn what the cut-off date is for this petition, review the Department of State’s Visa Bulletin online at http://usvisas.state.gov/visabulletin.
You will need the following information to determine your cut-off date:
Country of Chargeability..........UKRAINE
Visa Category...........................F2A - SPOUSES AND UNMARRIED CHILDREN OF PERMANENT
RES.
Priority Date.............................25FEB2016
There are two important sections of the Visa Bulletin. The Application Final Action Dates tell you what priority dates are current for the purpose of issuing immigrant visas. The Dates for Filing Applications indicates the earliest date the National Visa Center can contact applicants to begin collecting applications, fees and supporting documents for pending immigrant visa cases. The Visa Bulletin is updated monthly.
Do not make any firm plans such as selling property, giving up jobs, or making travel arrangements at this time. As soon as your case becomes eligible for further processing, we will contact you or your attorney (if you designated one). You do not need to contact us unless your mailing address or email address change, or there is a change in your life that may affect your right to an immigrant visa (for example: marriage, divorce, or birth of a child).
Sincerely,
National Visa Center
