очень любопытная информация! А что делатть в экстремальной ситуации, если PIN, скажем десять и более символов в длину? Признаться впервые слышу о таком секрете, странно что в банке в момент получения дебитной карты не предупреждали об этом... Или это в контракте, как водится, мелким шрифтом написано?
