Красота какая: уже название комплекса чего стоит - Регата, стоит у воды, продаётся собственный стапель (купите обязательно, при перепродаже добавит к цене вдвое больше, и стоянку авто возьмите за $25K) и тысяча прелестей. Покупаете его в ПРОЦЕССЕ стройки, значит, обязательно (но без моей гарантии) уже к концу стройки поднимется в цене. Да и просто архитектурно он явно выделяется среди массы небоскрёбов. Т.е. спрос в будущем будет истерический (всегда много на свете есть тех снобов, которым нужно отличаться от массы).Успеха!
