If you cannot read your native language, you can take the test through an interpreter that is certified by a recognized organization. You must pay for the interpreter. You cannot have a relationship with the person who is your interpreter. For example, you cannot use a family member, your lawyer, or a business associate as your interpreter.
Про права:
В общем карту Union никто не выдаст, карту Bank Of America Platinum Visa выдали без проблем, только на счет надо 200 баксов внести (которые можно потратить и закрыть счет). Итого 3+1 = 4 очка. Был бы SSN все было бы супер, но его нет и нужно выкручиваться.
Остается оформить health insurance (+1 очко) и счет за коммунальные услуги
Вся проблема в том что и дом и машину оплачивает компания, и как самому оплатить счет за воду, электричество или газ я не знаю...
