(c) Города: Мы не употребляем the с названиями
городов / деревень:

(d) Острова: Группы островов имеют названия
во множесвенном числе с артиклем the:

Отдельные острова обычно имеют названия в
единственном числе и без артикля the:

(f) Горы: Для названия горной гряды обычно
используется множественное число с артиклем the:

Однако названия отдельных вершин обычно бывают
