I-539, смена статуса на F1, поделитесь опытом? СРОКИ????

Делал ли кто нибудь такую же глупость как я? менял ли статус с B-2 на F-1 не выезжая из страны?
Пожалуйста расскажите как успешно или неуспешно это все было. Самое главное какие сроки? А то Вермонт рассматривает сейчас доки что были от Августа
Конечно сейчас уже поздно пить боржоми.....
Я смотрела инфу про время на разных зарубежных форумах, там разброс времени от 1 месяца до 6 и даже 9.
Но все же, вдруг кто-то уложился в 4 месяца?

(для тех кто только собирается сделать подобную глупость - не делайте! под угрозой ваша виза В-2, если она конечно на 5 лет и многоразовая, другую и не жалко)

моя I-94 кончилась 24 марта, ресит от USCIS пришел 12 марта.
23 июля закончатся 120 дней в течении которых я еще не в аут оф статус, но дальше я теряю В-2 в случае отказа в смене статуса. Я не хочу так рисковать и если ответа не будет до июля, поеду недождавшись домой. Кроме того в колледже когда брали мою I-539 не проверили все ли там правильно, а там было 3 ошибки, которые любезно нашел всеми уважаемый Kochev. И они также не взяли письмо-заявление в котором объясняется почему я хочу сменить статус. У меня было это письмо но сказали не надо. Сомневаюсь что они как то могут ускорить дело при таком раскладе. То есть им пофигу сменят статус или нет. Доки отправлены и дело с концом.

у вас другая ситуация, вы меняли с J на F а я меняю В2 которую в общем то не положено менять. Были ли среди ваших друзей те, кто менял статус с визы В-2?
Если я до июля получу ответ (хоть какой) от USCIS, то буду считать это большим чудом! По ходу я нашла еще два полезных форума, правда англоязычных:

прислали отказ в смене статуса по емайл так теперь другой вопрос, оверстай менее 120 дней, реситы от USCIS есть копия I-94 есть, письмо с отказом тоже пришлют, что с моей В-2? можно ли по ней еще раз ехать через год или все?
и еще вопрос, не будет ли странным назначить интервью в консульстве и сразу по прилету на родину просить F-1? можеи такой опыт у кого имеется?
почему отказали в переходе я еще не знаю, письмо еще катится, но билет обратный уже есть.

спаибо! но поздно пить боржоми! ошибка колледжа что они вобще взяли мои доки и отправили в эмигрейшн, они ошиблись и меня подставили и на В-2 и на дальнейшую F-1. и я не могу уже аппелировать вот почитайте и не делайте моих ошибок кто только читает этот форум и собирается так поступить!
